abs....burned out all of the parts i worked out that night...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;tuesday...chilled out...went to bowl with ross...so i guess i burned some calories...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;tonight went to the gym for Bi's and back...my tweaked shoulder didn't bother me..so i'm glad...^_^...did about 45 mins of abs...once again..burned myself out again...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;*sigh*...work tomorrow...i 30...after a breakfast of a protein shake and V8 i went to the gym and did 2 long hours of eliptical ^_^...had a protein bar for lunch and a glass of milk to wash it down...a lil jog...rest of the day...cruised with ross...he picked up a new bowling ball...i decided not to (which in the end was the best idea ^_^)...bowled for a bit at schofield...afterwards we ended up cruising around pearl city...then ross decided to bowl at leeward...then ate dinner at curry house where i never ate my rice for the first time ever! ^_^...had the beef and shirmp...or the "surf and turf" curry as i like to call it ^_^...after a walmart run...went home to sleep...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;day 31...back &amp;amp; biceps...got todd to come gym! ^_^...just did a bunch of random back and bicep workouts at the gym till i burned out...then went to do abs until i got burnt out too...a couple strips of turkey bacon for breakfast took my vitamins...washed it down with a protein shake...got home...another protein shake and a V8...did some grocery shopping...had a couple of pieces of my dad's shoyu chicken...washed it down with some good ol' H2O ^_^...now just cruising it...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;today my
